About five billboards also collapsed due to strong winds on Thursday," said a spokesperson for the National Disaster Mitigation Agency (BNPB) on Friday.
West Jakarta was hit badly by strong winds on Thursday. Close to 55 trees and billboards collapsed as a result of strong winds. In addition, four cars and three houses were damaged. Jakarta`s Disaster Mitigation Agency and other related institutions are cleaning the city.
