BANDAR LAMPUNG - The Indonesian police is looking for a striptease dancer. They are not interested in the 18-year-old Lilis to have her performed for them though, but more because she is to appear in court in Bandar Lampung over what she did; doing a striptease act.
The case is currently about to be processed by the court, but can not be continued because the main suspect in the case went missing. The local police also doesn't have a clue where the young lady went. Earlier she was employed in a local karaoke-bar where she could be found fairly easy though.
The girl is most likely hiding for her own good - avoiding an conviction based on those idiot 2008 anti-porn laws - and has left the area for Eastern Kalimantan. The police has been looking for her ever since February of this year, when they noticed she was missing. It seems that there is quite some interest in following that striptease dancer.
Earlier Lilis, alias Anya, worked at the Star City karaoke in southern Telukbetung. There she was arrested at Sunday November 14, 2010 because she was performing a striptease act. She could be arrested after complaints from residents, citing that nude dances were performed in the karaoke bar.
