JAKARTA - Indonesia is no longer participating in the race to host the World Championship Soccer in 2022. The FIFA has announced this after the Indonesian government failed to comply to regulations. According to the FIFA, Indonesia has not submitted a number of documents, among them are letters of guarantee.
At the end of this year, the FIFA will decide where the World Championships of 2018 and 2022 will be held. It is expected that 2018 will go to Europe, while 2022 will be going to a country outside Europe. The Netherlands and Belgium are once more joining the race for 2018 with a joint proposal.
