JAKARTA - The USGS has released an earthquake intensity map of the area hit by the 7.6 magnitude earthquake that struck the area of Padang and Pariaman in West Sumatra yesterday late in the afternoon. The map only indicates estimates of damage that could be expected after such an earthquake and is not based on news reports.
