Funny detail is that the link was sent to me by email earlier today. It was sent from Indonesia, from the network of Bank Mandiri (check yourself and use '202.155.14.116'). The email was in Dutch and was readable as such, so who is behind it is not clear, but that should not make much of a difference because those who pay 300 dollars after an appointment made by SMS or email are most likely very desperate.
