LIPPO CIKARANG - According to the Department of Health in Indonesia, there were 57 new cases of H1N1 Mexican flu in the country. Only laboratory confirmed cases are counted. In total there are now 1.005 cases of the disease confirmed in Indonesia alone.
Tjandra Yoga Aditama, from the department, also said that one of the persons infected has died of the disease. The 21-year-old male is the fifth person do die of the disease in Indonesia. He was from West Java province. No details about the whereabouts of the newly confirmed cases has been made public. Indonesia has stopped providing detailed information earlier this month.
