BOGOR - The Indonesian police has found explosives at a farm in Bogor, West Java province. The police seized some 12 kilograms of explosives of different types and at the moment they are looking for the person that has rented the place a while ago. Ugi, resident of Kampung Bojong in northern Bogor, told that he rented out the farm house to students for their research. The students who rented the place together are students at the Institut Pertanian Bogor (IPB).
"Three men came here and paid cash for renting the place," said Ugi to reporters at the scene. Ugi told that the students said to him that they would only need the place for some 20 days. Five of these 'students' regularly visted the location, but sometimes behaved strangely. "When I asked what they were doing, they only gave short answers about the fact that they had to do student practice," said Ugi.
Residents in Kampung Bojong are also not able to describe the five young men that visited the location. The students often wore masks to protect themselves from chemicals, but it did not ring a bell by any of the residents, until the explosives were discovered.
