LIPPO CIKARANG - Over the last few days, the Department of Health in Indonesia has announced almost 100 new cases of H1N1 Mexican Flu in the country. The total of confirmed infections in the country now stands at 561. The disease has now spread to 17 of the 33 provinces. Among the most recent new cases, 41 announced earlier today, were five foreigners and three of the cases have recently returned from outside the country.
The 41 new cases announced today were as following: Lampung 16 cases, Jakarta eight cases, Banten four cases, Bali and Central Kalimantan three cases, Central Java two cases and East Java, South Kalimantan, Riau, South Sulawesi and North Sulawesi one case each.
