LIPPO CIKARANG - The number of A/H1N1 flu cases in Indonesia has reached 20 as 12 new cases were confirmed on Friday, the Health Ministry said. Of the 12 patients, eight are now receiving treatment in hospital in the capital Jakarta, and four others are being treated in Denpasar, Bali, Lily Sulistyowati, a spokesperson of the ministry said.
Four patients have tested positive for Mexican Flu, but are already sent home by the Sulianti Saroso hospital because they can not transfer the disease anymore. There are still 14 other patients on the isolation ward of the hospital because they are suspected of having contracted Mexican Flu. "We have made sure that they can not transfer the virus to other people anymore," said Sardikin Giriputro, general director of the hospital.
At this moment the 14 suspects are all being treated. Two of them are Malaysians and Thai residents, the others are Indonesians. Tree of the people currently in the hospital were children below the age of 12. The latest suspected patient was brought to the hospital on Friday morning when the person already had developed a high fever and a cough. Because there is no confirmation of H1N1 Mexican Flu yet, the identity is kept quiet for the time being.

I am in doubt of reporting myself to a local hospital. Not that I am terribly ill or something, just because I already have a cough for several days now and yesterday evening I started to feel somewhat lazy. Now my ears are glowing. Yes, symptoms of a normal flu indeed, but since I have traveled to KL just in the recent days, it might be the special one so I can be absorbed into the country's statistics.
