SEPANG (MALAYSIA) - AirAsia, the leading and largest low cost carrier in Asia announced another route today, first flight from Pekanbaru, Indonesia to Singapore scheduled on 14 August 2008, signifying the carrier’s commitment in expanding its already vast network in the region.
The new route, managed by AirAsia in Indonesia, is the first to be offered by a local based airline in Indonesia. With this new addition, AirAsia now serves 3 international destinations from Indonesia: Malaysia, Thailand and Singapore plus 8 Indonesian domestic routes from Jakarta.
