More delays for Batavia Air on the route Jakarta to Medan. Batavia Air didn't announce any of the delays to the passengers. The protests of the passengers continued inside the airport boarding rooms for some time. There were even people at the local branch of Batavia Air at the airport itself.
One of the passengers who was scheduled to fly to Medan told that he could not depart because of the delays. He said that the service of Batavia Air was far from transparant in communicating the change in departure times for the flights. He and other passengers were forced to return their tickets.
