JAKARTA - Indonesia's state-owned oil and gas company PT Pertamina (PTM.YY) will commence Saturday the maintenance turnaround of its Dumai oil refinery, a company official said Friday.
The company has delayed the shutdown of the refinery from early July, due to a fuel shortage in Indonesia. The official didn't say how long it will keep the 120,000 barrels-a-day refinery shut. The refinery is located in central Sumatra. Indonesia has nine refineries with a total capacity of 1 million b/d.
