JAKARTA - The son of Indonesia's former President Suharto has been charged with murder. Prosecutors accuse Tommy Suharto, 39, of masterminding the killing last year of a Supreme Court judge who had upheld a jail term against him for corruption. Tommy was caught by police in November 2001, after spending almost a year on the run. If convicted, the flamboyant former multi-millionaire businessman could face the death penalty. He was also charged with illegally possessing weapons and fleeing from justice. Prosecutor Andi Rachman Asbar said: "I have submitted three dossiers... to the central Jakarta court today."
