JAKARTA - Amid the battling for pro and con Wahid positions in Parliament and on the streets, a local monthly Indonesian magazine for Moslem scholars and intellectuals has come up with a detailed list of the `sins` of the President. According to the magazine, Sabili , which also has a cyber site, the President has committed the following errors :

1. Dissolving the Ministry of Information and Ministry of Social Affairs thus damaging the morale of the mass media, reducing government responsibilties to the public and creating mass unemployment from the two ministries.

2. Changing the name of Irian Jaya for Papua allowing the perception of a different nation from Indonesia.

3. Allowing the humanitarian tragedies in Ambon, Maluku and Poso to continue with unending victims.

4. Accusing Moslems as the source of riots in Maluku thus provoking strong reactions from Moslem supporters in Indonesia.

5. Proposing the revocation of Tap MPRS No XXV/1966 which prohibited the PKI party and communism.

6. Allowing and financing the Papua People`s Congress which encouraged the wishes of most Irianese to separate from the unitary state of Indonesia.

7. Making a deal with the Free Aceh Movement (GAM) as the only representative of the Aceh people

8. Bulogate and Bruneigate scandals plus the widespread abuse from new KKN (corruptuion, collusion and nepotism) such as the controls over financial institutions (IBRA, BUMN and others).

9. Implementing cabinet reshuffles of state officials that could damage the reconciliation of national factions.

10. Traveling overseas too often without clear reasons and profitable results. Rarely visited his own people who have been suffering from natural disasters and local conflicts.

11. Allowing the raising of the Morning Star Flag in Irian thus strengthening the position of the Free Papua Organization (OPM)

12. Ignoring, insulting and confronting the decisions of the House such as by saying that the House members are just like kindergarten pupils and the House Special Commission of Bulogate-Bruneigate-BB was illegal, thus causing conflict among high state institutions.

13. Aryantigate, the (alleged) adultery scandal of Wahid with his mistress.

14. Making a lot of statements which were not accurate and tended to slander all parties.

15. Making false statements to the public.

16. Interfering with the Indonesian Military (TNI) and the National Police without consulting with the House which has triggered conflicts among these forces.

17. Seriously interfered with the law by bargaining with the Cendana Family (the case of Borobudurgate, when Wahid met `Tommy` Soeharto who is now a fugitive) as well as with the `black listed conglomerates` and former New Order offcials, eg by postponing the legal process of three troubled conglomerates, Syamsul Nursalim, Prayogo Pangestu and Marimutu Sinivasan.

18. Interfering ith the independence of Bank Indonesia thus damaging public trust on BI.

19. Refusing the election and the appointment of a new Supreme Court Chief Justice

20. Borobudurgate: meeting with Tommy who was under legal process, in Hotel Borobudur. The meeting was alleged to have created deals that caused Tommy to disappear

21. Using Islamic `jargon` and claiming the support of NU figures, indicating that President Wahid has used religion as a tool to achieve his political objectives.

22. Ajinomotogate: allowing Ajinomoto ( the food additive) for consumption by Moslems, although the Indonesian Ulemas Council (MUI) had stated that the product was not permissible. In state law, MUI is the only institution that has the right to issue such an announcement.

23. Trying to build trade or diplomatic relations with Israel.
